Your use of the brhg.net site as a purchasing medium from BRHG Merchandise constitutes your acceptance of these conditions and of the modifications that we may, from time to time, make to them. BRHG Merchandise reserves the right to cancel and refund any order placed on this site. Customers will be notified by email if this is the case.
SALES & SHIPPING
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit/Debit cards and PayPal are the only forms of payment permitted for online purchases on the brhg.net internet site. Please note that the confirmation email sent to you after your purchase has been completed constitutes your invoice. Please note that depending on your location, your credit card issuer may charge an international service charge fee in addition to the initial charge. At the time your order is placed, we will attempt to authorise your credit card with your financial institution. If your financial institution indicates that they are unable to authorise your credit card, then you will be informed with a credit card authorisation failure notification. Please note that your order will not have been successfully processed if a credit card authorisation failure occurs.
PRICE & TAX
Orders placed through the internet site will be billed at the price indicated next to the description and illustration of the relevant product. In order to provide for unforeseen fluctuations in market prices, BRHG Merchandise reserves the right to modify its prices on products sold through this internet site at any time without notice. Delivery charges and handling charges are exercisable on every physical internet order. All items are subject to 24% VAT, included in the item purchase price.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
We make every effort to stock sufficient quantities of products sold through this internet site. However, availability of products cannot be guaranteed. BRHG Merchandise accepts no responsibility for any damages resulting from stock-outs. If we are unable to deliver a product ordered through the internet site, you will be advised by email. BRHG Merchandise reserves the right to limit quantities.
FORCE MAJEURE
Internet site customers agree that BRHG Merchandise will not be held responsible for its failure to execute its obligations, or for the damages and/or losses incurred as a result of a force majeure or of a fortuitous event.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
POLICY
Returns will only be accepted on merchandise purchased online from the brhg.net internet site. Returns on all merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused, unworn, and unwashed.
RETURNS
When returning an item, please email us at merchandise@brhg.net to receive the return instructions. Once you have received the return information, please print it out and fill in all required fields. Make sure to include your order number. Pack the item(s) securely and ship the order back to us. If you have to fill out customs forms, indicate the package value as €5. All shipping costs and shipping sales tax for returns must be covered by the buyer. Please get in touch with us BEFORE shipping out any returns or we cannot be responsible for any additional fees or costs made in error. If the return is a result of a BRHG Merchandise error, shipping and handling costs will be refunded to you by us. Otherwise shipping and handling costs will NOT be refunded. Please note that if there are any delivery issues outside of our control, (e.g. errors in shipping address or the package going unclaimed) resulting in the package getting returned to sender, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs levied by the shipping company that may arise. To the extent returned merchandise is in the same condition it was in at the time of delivery, you will receive a credit equivalent to the total cost of the merchandise being returned. We will credit your account as soon as we receive the merchandise and advise you by email.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we do not handle direct product exchanges due to fluctuating inventory and accounting concerns. If you would like to "exchange" an item for another item, please place a new order for the item desired and return your original item back to us using the above return instructions. Once your returned item has been received by our warehouse you will receive a refund for the full original item cost, not including shipping and handling.
